Home Teeth Whitening takes about 2-3 weeks.
Firstly an impression is made of your teeth. This is easy to do and a bespoke tray is produced which fits perfectly, ensuring comfort when it’s worn.
Once the tray has been crafted, then you are given the Boutique Teeth Whitening system at the practice, together with detailed instructions on how to use it. Over the following two weeks, you use the whitening system at home. This system carefully and gently brightens the teeth whilst protecting them from damage and sensitivity at the same time.

No! Normally during whitening treatment, patients are advised to avoid anything that would stain a white t-shirt (coffee, red wine, curry, and more). However, when whitening with Boutique you don’t need to follow any specific dietary advice and can continue to enjoy your favourite food and drink during the process.

Teeth whitening only works on natural teeth. It will not work on any types of artificial teeth such as dentures, crowns, and veneers. We will advise you if you are a suitable candidate for teeth whitening.
